Social Service Activities
HCCA believes a heart for serving is essential in a Christian’s life development. Each year, students and families have opportunities to serve locally.
Student Life
HCCA students experience more than classroom instruction. They participate in activities that build curiosity, confidence, service, and community.
Beyond the Classroom
HCCA provides opportunities for students to explore, serve, create, and connect. These experiences help students grow as whole people while strengthening the school community.

Field trips add to the joy of learning. Teacher-planned field trips help students connect classroom learning with the world around them.
Eagle Explore Days are scheduled Fridays where families help plan and lead enrichment experiences. Collaboration with other families is welcomed and encouraged.
Even as a small school, HCCA offers enrichment opportunities such as computers, art, PE, and drama.
Students research people, events, and inventions throughout history. Middle school projects may advance to state competition, while younger grades participate through age-appropriate projects.
Students enjoy experiments, guest speakers, and science projects. For middle school students, this serves as a local science fair with community volunteers.
